Refund policy

Effective Monday February 5, 2024, Hairsisters.com will no longer accept returns. All items are now considered final sale and do not adhere to the previous refund policy.

Customers that have completed the RMA process before Monday February 05,2024 returns will be honored under the previous policy.

Upon receipt we will notify you after we’ve inspected your return and your refund approval status. If approved, we’ll process a refund for the returned items back to your original method of payment. Please note, it can take some time for your card institution to process and post the refund, usually within 24-48 hours. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve initiated your refund, please contact us at sales@hairsisters.com.
