What is a back ordered Item?

Back ordered items are items that are currently sold out with both us and the manufacture that supplies them to us. when an item is back ordered we'll process a refund for them.  In the event you experience an backordered item we'll email you the status of that item and a notification to inform you of the back ordered item and that we've processed a  refund back to your original form of payment. 

Back orders can take up to three weeks before we received then back here and mark them available.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot wait or keep your order open while waiting for a back ordered item.
