| My First Lace Front Wig. I can't believe I've been missing out on something so Great! The wig cap is too big for me and the adjustment hooks broke off right away. I've had this wig for a month now. After making the necessary adjustments it fits much better. I had to glue it on so it would lay flat against my hairline. It looks more natural now. My boyfriend hated it before I glued it and fixed it to fit my head better. He agrees that it looks more natural now. I love the length and the layers. It does shed and it gets tangled, but if you flat iron the ends that helps. I love that I can flat iron it! I won't buy this wig again, but I will make more purchases from this website. |

| This wig is bananas. I ordered mine on the 2nd got it on the 5th along with Sensationnels Anita. Bonkers. Definitely going to knock my hubby's socks off when he comes home from overseas. Roar!lol. I wear it over my twa. it's hot, man. |

| Try next image coco-mango 2 In 1 Conditioner And Detangler... helps tremendously with shedding and tangling for me and my mom and I finger comb my hair all day lol and we both wrap our hair every night. |

| This was my first lace front, so maybe those with more experience will have a better time with it. Used tape to keep it on- The hairline was too straight looking so if I did pull it back, it looked very wiggish. First 2-3 days I WAS IN LOVE with it! Then the curls dropped a little. I should say that the ends have more curl and bounce to them than the pics- very sexy. The next few days the ends started to tangle TERRIBLY and fray/friz. I would wrap it at night, but brushing and combing it helped to shorten its life. Lots of hair fell out! If you are only going to use this day to day with the combs and not attach it I think it would be a wise decision. Not a good everyday wig. |

This is this lace front in 1B...u can flat iron it when it starts lookin messed up. i liked it. i still b wearin it even though i have another one. it still look good and ive had it for over 3 weeks jus flat iron it when u have to

| Sorry you had a bad experience Ms. Arrington but I have been ordering for over 2 years and I haven't experienced any negative customer service. I order about every 2 or 3 months and sometimes products are on backorder. If I don't want to wait I just change the order or tell them to apply my money as a coupon towards my next purchase. This is by far the best hair site on the internet. |

| I really love this wig, but I really hate this store/Site. I ordered 4 items on November 23, 2009 as of the 21 of January I still had not received any of them. not one phone call from customer service has ever been made to me I have made over 10 phone calls to them. The items are backordered, they don't know when they getting any in and ect.... as of the 21 of Jan I cancelled the order and asked for a refund of my money and a week later that has still not happened. I have called 3 times this morning and I have been disconnected everytime while they are "checking"> its just $100 but after two months I think that I have been quite patient. So CS sucks here and there CS manager will not return a call or is always out to lunch. So, if you have a problem then no one here is at all concerned about customer service or satisfaction. I am now calling my credit card company and filing a dispute to get my money back. |

| i just got my wig to day and i love it, i worried that it would bump at the top and look like a wig, but it dose not, i would tell every lady who has been looking for a good wig for less to get this,it looks like a great weave and the hair line is good. it dose take a few mins be able to get the hair line correct but once u do u will love it. i will post a pic today once i am done messing wit it. |
