I've been wearing sew ins since March of 2010 and this is by far the best hair I've had installed since I started.I purchased it from our local beauty supply.It's so soft and does not tangle at all. I have not had any shedding yet. I shampooed if for the first time this weekend. It still looks fresh out the plastic. It's flowing like a wrap should. I recommend this hair above the rest... Luv it!

| update: ladies i am convinced this is the best hair that you can buy from the bss store. i had mine in since febaury( washed and conditioned it twice) and i have to say it looks the exact same way it look when i pulled it out the pack. i get so many compliments, ladies and men saying my hair is pretty. the price is well worth it, minimum shedding and doesnt tangle up like the rest( usually 18 inch human hair is a tangle mess because of the length, but not this hair( use pantene ice shine on this hair, any shampoo wont work). i will be reusing this hair until i cant anymore. great investment ladies,i love my hair. |

| I bought the hair from the beauty salon and got it installed 2 days ago on 3/13/10. Some of the ladies that submitted pics looks very shiny and straight which looks like indian remi but mine is YAKI-REMI VELVET. I love it, it is so soft to the touch and no tangles or shedding but like I said I just got it but I can tell by the feel it is a really good brand. I'm going to submit pics or a video as soon as I figure out how. But it is awesome! I got a bang -put in but after I wrapped it it got lost with the other hair and I don't feel like pulling it out. I really love Ms. Powell's bang and would love to know who did her hair but she calling people bitches on the video so maybe she's not the type to share info. Anyway, I'll try to load a video but don't hesitate on this hair you won't find one better. |

| I had it sewn in for about a month.It's okay. I've washed it once so far. I'm ready to take it out though, because it sheds alot and the texture is sort of like plastic and stringy???? idk...maybe I got a bad batch but i must say the first two weeks were nice! |

| omg i have heard sooo many great reviews about this hair, online and elsewhere( everyone says it last a long time). i brought one pack from the bss( i had to see for myself :)) and its some beautiful hair, so luxury i had to order another pack from here( plus it was way cheaper). i am going to do a full sew in( with some of my hair out in the top). this hair is the bomb, diffently worth the price. ill let everyone know how it goes after i wear it awhile.which i know will be excellent |

Thank you Ms. Patterson. Here is my update ladies; I originally had this hair bonded but I couldnt take all the rain and snow that would cause my real hair to frizz up so I had it removed, washed, conditioned (cleaned as much glue out as possible)and sewed it in. The hair still looks very beautiful and I love the natural highlights that washing it has revealed. It still has minimal to no shedding however the nape is beginning to tangle. I am going to start conditioniing it with a light glosser at night and wrap it and I hope this helps.
The frizziness you see is my real hair, I hadn't flat ironed it out yet. The hair still looks good but honestly I will try Sensationel's Remy next time. I have heard good things about it and will post my review as well. |

| I washed this hair and this hair is still perfect. Tangling is as much as your natural hair and shedding is the same. I am with Ms Bommarto....I will always go with this type of straight hair. |

After reading several reviews about this hair I decided to take the plunge and try it out. It was the best investment I have made. As soon as I took it out of the package it felt silky soft. As others stated the color is much lighter than expected, my 1B is a dark brown. So far after about 2 weeks of wearing the hair, combing and curling I think I might have lost one strand. This hair does not shed or matt and flows like the first day it was installed. I used 2 packs and it looks really full, but think next time I will go for 3 for that extra drama.
I will never go back to any other brand after this experience.

| As far as I am concerned this is the prefect Remi hair. I use Black Diamond before and this is so much better. I just go this hair sewed in on 01/27/2010 and I have not washed it yet. That will be the real test. Your hair looks beautiful Ms Hodge! |

I love this hair, it hasn't shed at all, the weft is thin so it makes for an undetectable glue in weave and requires minimal to no product to maintain, I only wrap in satin at night. To style I use jumbo heated velvet coated ceramic rollers by conair. I will see how it stands up to reusing. The colors run light, my #2 looks like a #4 but it is blending well. The pictures below are a glue in, curls are created with the conair rollers.
