1. How long does it take to ship an order?
Upon confirmation of payment for the order, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process before shipping out.
2. When will I see my refund in my account?

Please note, if you are shipping to your work address please enter your company name in shipping address.
5. Do you take Fax or Mail Orders?
No, we don't take fax nor mail orders due to security reason but you can call us and place an order over the phone during our business hours or place an order via online 24/7.
6. Do I need a beauty license or a business to purchase?
No, you don't need beauty license or have business to shop with us.
In fact, majority of our orders are from individual consumers.
7. How many packs of weaving or braiding hair do I need to do for full-head?
On average, a customer would require two packs of weaving hair or two to three packs of braiding hair for a full-head. However, this figure may not be the true for you. It all depends on your head size and fullness you're anticipating. Please consult hair experts.
8. Do you wholesale?
No, we don't wholesale but we do give out 10% discount to beauticians and business owners. Bulk order discounts are also available. (Refer to beautician discount and bulk order information on the website).
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change an order, contact us at 1-866-HAIR-SIS as soon as possible. We will do everything to accommodate your request. However, shipped order can't be cancelled or changed. They can only be returned or exchanged so please refer to our return and exchange policy.
10. How long will it takes for an exchange?
Upon receipt of returned items, it takes about 5 business days to process an exchange before shipping out.
11. Do I have to pay more if I'm ordering from Overseas?
If you are ordering from outside United States , you should expect to pay Customs Fee for all imported goods. To get more accurate information please contact your customs office.
APO, AE, and FPO customers are not required to pay customs fee.
12. How long does it take for me to receive a package if I'm outside of United States?
Delivery time depends on your shipping selection. You will see more accurate delivery date when you are checking out your items.
13. Do you have a paper catalog?
No. Currently, we offer item listings on our website only.
